I just finished jurassic world chaos theory and I'm going to give my honest review. It is definitely better than camp cretaceous in my opinion. The show is far more emotional and deals with much deeper conflicts, character arcs, and just overall moments. The characters are more likable, and this show is much less cheesy than camp cretaceous. It also dives a lot deeper into the horror aspects of the franchise and its origins. But there are some things I didn't like. I did not enjoy how many times there was a teased question that would not be answered until much later, I know that can be a pretty normal thing in other shows and films, but I feel like it didn't work as well here. Another really good thing was how much more this show was like what we all wanted dominion to be like. Also, I think the choice of dinosaurs in this were really good, and the allosaurus was a very good antagonist. I just wish we got more of him. And I wish him and Darius had a more full circle moment. Overall I did really like this shown and was surprised about it being that good. I would rate it anywhere from a 7.5/10 to a 8/10.
I just watched Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire. This is the perfect showa era inspired godzilla movie. The monsters are more expressive than in any other monsterverse film, and the humans were still not great but better than I expected and better than GvK. Easily some of the best action in this movie with arguably the best monsters(or KOTM). I thinks this is the second best monsterverse movie, and definitely the most enjoyable. It has possibly the greatest visuals out of the entire monsterverse other than KOTM. And every monster was great. I think that as a godzilla movie, Godzilla x Kong gets a 10/10. But that's just my opinion. If you haven't, go watch it!
