Medical History: Hypertension and Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
The patient presented to our clinic following five failed IVF cycles at other centers. Given her age and underlying medical conditions (controlled hypertension and diabetes), the case was categorized as high-risk.
We performed a blastocyst embryo transfer with laser hatching, and she conceived successfully.
