Asher Fulero
Asher Fulero is a world-class Pianist/Keyboardist with virtuosic technique as well as a modern-edged Music Producer/Composer that defies categorization.
Constantly involved in an immensely wide range of musical projects, he has spent the last 25 years relentlessly pushing his own boundaries both technically and stylistically while captivating music lovers around the globe with his fresh ideas, deep chops, natural feel and infectious spontaneity.
His original projects include his prolific power trio Threedom, his long-running EDM/Electronica alter-ego, Halo Refuser (an anagram of his name); The Asher Fulero Band, a jammed-out funk/rock 5-piece live band, and Solo Piano/Ambient works under his given name.
In 2015 Fulero began recording and touring with chill-out sensations Emancipator, and in 2016 with bluegrass heroes Yonder Mountain String Band. In 2018-2019 he recorded and toured with guitar legend Paul Gilbert (Mr. Big, Racer X), and has worked with hiphop pioneer Aesop Rock.

I made this bangin’ EDM remix for rapper/kayaker/filmmaker @TheAdrenalineRush . I played keyboards on the original song from his album ‘Lessons In Folk Hop’, and remember thinking what a great remix it could make… so I was super excited when he tapped me to make one! I generally try and avoid making famous people take selfies, but I figured after appearing on a few of his albums it wasn’t TOO uncouth to ask… he generously obliged.
It’s ALWAYS a pleasure to hear the newest ideas flowing out of a great artist at the top of their game, doubly so to get to weigh in and add some sounds. 🤯
