What day of the week would be best for you for an afternoon-ish Live AMA type thing?
Hi folks. Ever since hitting 1K subs (thank you! 🙏), I've been toying with the idea of doing a live Ask Me Anything (AMA) type thing.
The problem? I'm based in the UK, and (according to my YouTube Analytics) most of my viewers are based in the US - so I'm 5-8 hours ahead of you folks, depending on your time-zone. And while I'd love to go live for US-based people in the evening (which I'm guessing would be the optimal time of day), that'd be early hours for me - and with work, family and other commitments, that just wouldn't be feasible unfortunately.
What _would_ work however would be going live in the evening for me, which'd be afternoon time in the US - maybe starting after lunchtime for West Coast and mid-afternoon for East Coast.
If that were to happen, what day would work best? A weekday? A weekend?
YouTube's polls only offer four options - so if you choose "Weekday (Mon-Thu) afternoon", please leave a comment to let me know if some days work better than others.
I think(?) it's multiple choice (if it's not, I'll edit and delete this) - so please choose multiple if multiple options work for you.
I'd like to avoid Sundays if I can help it (as that's when I DM for my group) - but we could always reschedule one of our sessions as a one-off if that becomes the overwhelmingly dominant choice.
I think a Friday or a Saturday would be best for me personally - but I'll let the poll steer the way.
I'm not quite sure yet when I'd be able to then actually do the AMA - as I have a pretty busy Jul/Aug ahead of me - but likely sometime in September at the latest, I'd imagine.

Summary: I have a chest infection, so upcoming video output will likely be affected. I do have my "How I Ran: Tovag" video ready, but I'll delay it a few days to help fill the gap - but if you need me to publish it ASAP, let me know. Thanks!

Since November, I've made a concerted effort to publish a new video once a week, typically on a Monday. It'd been going well - and I was even 1-2 weeks ahead of schedule, AND sometimes posting two videos in a week... until I got a cold/flu thing, followed by a suspected chest infection. I'm coughing a lot, and it hurts to talk - so not a good situation to be in if you want to record YouTube videos... 😅😭
So there may be gaps in the schedule coming up. But don't worry! I'm still here! I'm still wanting to make videos! I just can't at the mo, frustratingly. I may also focus on shorter videos when I do start again, to try and get some out ASAP.
"How I Ran: Tovag" is ready-to-go (which I recorded pre-illness), and I was going to publish it on Monday (7th April) - but fellow Ravenloft YouTuber PhD&D has just published his own take on Tovag, and if I publish mine two days later, I think it's going to muddy the waters (or maybe that should be "muddy the Mists")... So I'm going to delay it a few days, possibly a week. BUT! If you were hoping I was going to put it out ASAP (e.g. if you are running Tovag soon), let me know and I'll bring it forward.
