Weightloss is all about eating healthy,burning fat or calories .there is a huge difference between burning calories and burning fat.both have a different effect on the body and even outcome of burning them is different.

Calories from food & beverages that we consume either get used immediately or stored as energy reserves.our body concerts unwanted calories to triglycerides,which are stored as fuel. If we decrease calorie intake & increase physical activity,the portion of the energy comes from the fat stored in the body.If we consume fewer calories & Burn more in order to burn 1 kilo of fat,follow fewer consumption of calories & get involve in physical activity,that helps to burn both.burning calories forces body to access energy stored in the form of fat helps body to use more calories consumed & store less of them.

Eating more calories than we burn,it will not be able to lose weight & fat from the body.workout for a good amount of time in the gym & consume the same amount of calories as soon as it depleted,it will be stored as triglycerides in the body.So burning fat only provides a temporary solution to weightloss problem.calorie deficit is the only solution to lose body fat.

It turns out and proven that hugging is to make us healthier & happier.
the benefits of hugging go beyond that warm feeling that we go beyond...
Hugging increases oxytocin levels in the body that reduces stress & lowers blood pressure.
* Stimulates brain to release dopamine ,the feel good hormone.
* Reveals different levels of affection.
* Hugs cure depression,loneliness, anxiety,increases security,increases trust & self esteem.
*Improves heart health & boosts immune system.
*Helps to reduce physical pain & less prone to diseases
Researchers shown that hugging helps speedy recovery from diseases & less prone to sickness
* Inchildren, hugging helps to enhance discipline,makes them smarter,relaxed muscles & relief from mood tantrums.

* Family therapist Virginia Satire once said “We need four hugs a day for survival. We need 8 hugs a day for maintenance.
We need 12 hugs a day for growth.”
While that may sound like a lot of hugs, it seems that many hugs are better than not enough...
