I wanted to make a bit of an announcement here... I'm going to be joining in with Anthony McNett Strongman Lifestyle and setting some goals for myself. I'm telling you right now, the challenge is absolutely nothing in particular... just set some goals... that's all. You don't need to send photos, you don't need to make videos, just let him know through any of his social medias and you're in. Besides that... THE MORE THE MERRIER when there's a contest style challenge going on... LET'S DO THIS!
I'll be talking about this in upcoming videos and yes, it definitely involves the need to lose some fluff!

Hey guys! I'm taking a short break from recording but I'll be back next week! There's so much going on here with the move out at Dad's place and helping move things out of my Aunt's house at the same time. I can tell you this, my house looks like a tornado went through it!! YIKES! I found myself a bit overwhelmed with it all. I will have plenty to update you on next week. Much LOVE to all!

Hi friends, I wanted to let you know that Dad passed on Sunday, November 8, 2020 at 10:08 a.m.
I did have my last couple of videos prerecorded and scheduled to upload but I’ve been here at Dad’s for the past few days. My brother and I are taking care of the legalities and such. I’ll be back soon. I just love you all ❤️

Hi guys! I'm posting here for the first time... who knew? Okay, everyone but me! HA!
I want you all to know that I am headed to my Dad's this evening until... well, I don't know when.
My brother is there and called to tell me that Dad has taken a turn for the worse. I'm not sure what's going to transpire in the next few days but I wanted to share this with you. I don't want anyone to think that I feel obligated to do that, I really want to share this. It helps me. I may or may not have videos up in the upcoming days but if I do, again, it's not out of obligation, it's because I want to. MUCH LOVE 💖
