The F-Zomb50 Channel
Welcome to the F-Zomb50 Channel. On this channel you'll see me off roading, maintaining, modifying, breaking and repairing my 1978 F150 I call the F-Zomb50. I call it this because it's rotting away but just keeps on going. It has a 360 fe motor (for now), NP435 transmission, NP205 transfer case, Ford 9" rear with a Detroit locker and Dana 44 front axle with a Power Loc limited slip loaded with 4.88:1 gears. It has a 4" spring lift to clear the tires and add travel. The tires are Q78-15LT Super Swamper TSL. They measure out to a 35"x9.5" on a 15" wheel. Speaking of wheels, they are OE Ford 10 hole aluminum modular units from the mid 80s. I think they look good on the truck. F-Zomb50 is a constant work in progress and I have a lot of plans for future mods. But wait there's more! The F-Zomb50 Channel has a new toy. I have ventured into the realm of offroad mowers!!! I have a few videos in the works getting this old Bolens FS-11 Articulator (Model 940) ready to hit the Mounds ORV Park. There's an event a fellow YouTuber (Mi LifeYT) is putting on called "Minis @ the Mounds" on June 7th, 2025. Come on out and have some fun!

Getting a new starter put into the F-ZOMB50. Filled the old one with mud last time I had the truck out. Go figure starters don't work well when there's mud packed inside of it. The Christmas Eve (now New Years Eve) gift giveaway is still a go. So come on out to the Mounds ORV Park this Saturday, 12/31/2022, and have some off-road fun with me for the last time this year. Remember, the first 5 people to find me and wish me a (belated) Merry Christmas will get a gift!

Due to the weather, I have decided to postpone my gift giveaway. With the snow combined with the high winds and bitter cold, I feel it would be best to push back the giveaway for 1 week. So, instead of finding me on Christmas Eve, come out and find me on New Years Eve. The weather forecast is for much warmer weather, so there should be some mud to play in.
