Welcome to Episode 10 of the Legendary Ladakh series! Today, we take the road less traveled, driving from the sand dunes of Nubra Valley to the majestic blue waters of Pangong Tso via one of the most challenging routes in Ladakh—Wari La Pass.

Driving up to 17,429 ft on the rugged Wari La was an adventure in itself, but the real challenge began when we hit the main highway. With the Shyok route damaged and protests erupting in Leh, we faced road closures, a food crisis in Durbuk, and a race against time to reach the border areas.

In this vlog, experience the thrill of high-altitude driving, the reality of the situation on the ground, and the breathtaking first reveal of Pangong Lake. We also escape the crowded tourist spots to find solace in the beautiful Merak Village near the Indo-China border.

​Being completely honest, I've seen the tricolour flying in countless places, but this one... this one was absolutely apart.

​I can't fully pinpoint what made the difference—whether it was knowing Chinese troops were just a mountain away, or hearing the inspiring, tear-jerking story of Major Shaitan Singh.

​Rezang La was an experience unlike anything I've ever lived. It was a profound encounter with history, sacrifice, and sheer valour. I am truly humbled by the spirit and courage of our Armed Forces.

Legendary Ladakh Episode 9 is here! 🇮🇳 Ladakh ka woh hissa jahaan geography aur history dono haath milate hain. Iss episode mein hamari bike/car ride shuru hoti hai Turtuk se, uss khoobsurat Balti gaon se jo 1971 ki jung mein India ka hissa bana.

Hamara safar, Shyok Nadi ke kinare-kinare, aapko Nubra Valley ke adbhut isolation mein le jaata hai. Mehsoos kijiye Silk Route ke traders ki sargoshi aur sadiyon purani khamoshi.

Aur phir, ham pahunchte hain Thang Village—India ke aakhri civilian point par. LOC viewpoint se POK ke villages ko dekhna, aur wahaan hamari Armed Forces ki taaqat ko pranaam karna, yeh ek bhaari aur zaroori ehsaas hai.

Lekin kahani yahin nahi rukti! Hamara safar phir se shaanti ki taraf badhta hai aur ham pahunchte hain Hunder Sand Dunes. Dekhiye Himalaya ke beech ka yeh geographical miracle! Yahaan ham Bactrian Camels ke Living Legends ko pyaar karte hain, unhein azaad chhodne ka faisla lete hain, aur Nubra ke jaadui aasman ke neeche stargazing karte hain.
