Setting:
The Palace of Tai Hua. Everything is peaceful.
Guzi is in the corner, carefully polishing a small, flickering green lamp.
His Highness Lang Qianqiu has finally found a moment to indulge in his favorite distraction, immersing himself in the world of animated films. Though he has lived for centuries, his heart remains that of the spirited youth who once ascended to the Heavens: he adores comics and books—specifically wuxia and xianxia stories about true warriors—and, of course, he secretly devours fanfictions written about himself.

(Though he has given Xiao Mengyou strict orders: the moment a story about Qi Rong appears, it must be deleted immediately and without mercy!)
Today, however, he is craving a lighter story, so he decides to continue watching the Yuri!!! on Ice anime. But the peace doesn't last long...

Lang Qianqiu: (Screaming at a massive spiritual projection screen)
"LOOK AT HIM! Xiao Mengyou, look at this brat!
He just kicked that nice Japanese boy’s internal monologue!
Where are his manners?! Who raised him?! Is there no filial piety in Russia?!"

Xiao Mengyou: (Sighing, filing paperwork)

Yuri Plisetsky is practicing his short program in an empty, frozen void of unrendered data.
Suddenly, the sky splits open.
A man in heavy, red-and-gold ancient robes crashes onto the ice, immediately slipping and doing a face-plant.

Yurio: "What the hell?! Who are you? Is this some shitty virus?
Get off my ice, you old man! You’re getting silk threads all over the rink!"

Lang Qianqiu: (Scrambling up, pointing his heavy sword)
"You! Yuri Plisetsky! I’ve come to teach you a lesson in humility—and to find out why your creators haven't given you a second season!"

Yurio: (Snorting) "Like I’d know! And put that toothpick away. You think you’re tough? You look like a giant, over-budget traffic cone. Nice hair, by the way. Did your grandma braid it?"

Lang Qianqiu: "HOW DARE—! I challenge you! A duel! If I win, you have to admit I’m more mature than you!"

Yurio: "Fine. But we do it my way. If you can’t land a Quad Salchow, I get to kick you back to whatever shitty donghua you crawled out of."

[Ten Minutes Later]

Lang Qianqiu is attempting to spin.
Because he doesn't have skates, he is using pure spiritual pressure to hover an inch off the ice.
He looks like a chaotic, golden Beyblade.

Lang Qianqiu: "LOOK! I AM GRACEFUL! I AM FLUID AS THE EASTERN SEAS!"

Yurio: (Doing a perfect, effortless Triple Axel over Qianqiu’s head)
"You look like a washing machine on the 'heavy load' setting! Your lines are trash! Your 'Agape' is just 'Anger'! Move over, old man!"


*Yurio finishes with a flawless, arrogant pose. Lang Qianqiu tries to mimic it, loses his balance, and accidentally creates a massive crater in the digital ice with his sword.*

[Back in the Heavens]

Lang Qianqiu is sulking on his throne, nursing a bruised ego and a bruised tailbone.

Xiao Mengyou: "So. How did the 'lesson in humility' go?"

Lang Qianqiu: "He’s... he’s very talented. And his insults are very creative. I think I learned three new Russian words that would make even Qi Rong blush."

Xiao Mengyou: "And the sequel?"
Lang Qianqiu: (Suddenly determined, grabbing a brush and a golden scroll)
"The studio won't do it. Fine. I am a God! I have followers! I’m sending a divine decree to every writer in the mortal realm."

Xiao Mengyou: "What are you doing?"

Lang Qianqiu: "If the world won't give him a movie, I’ll fund his own series! I’ve already got the title: 'The Ice Tiger of the Heavenly Realm'.
I’ll even give him a cameo in my next parade! He’ll hate it! It’ll be perfect!"

Guzi: (From the corner, holding the green lamp)
"Will my daddy be in the anime too?"

Lang Qianqiu: "No, Guzi. Nobody wants to see that. Now, someone get me more tiger-print fabric! I have a vision!"

Yuri is back to practicing in the void when a golden, glowing scroll suddenly hits him in the face. He unfurls it, scowling at the ancient calligraphy and the giant tiger-print border.

Yurio: (Screaming at the sky)
"HEY! STUPID TRAFFIC CONE!
I told you I don’t want to be in your 'Heavenly Parade'! And what the hell is this?!!!!!!
'The Ice Tiger of the Heavenly Realm'?
The title is basic as hell! Also, why is the costume you designed for me 90% gold silk and 10% fur?! I can't jump in this, I'll look like a fancy rug!"

*He pauses, looking at the bottom of the scroll where a massive pile of "Heavenly Merits" (gold) is attached as a down payment.*

Yurio: (Quietly, stuffing the gold into his pocket)
"...Whatever. If it gets me a second season, I'll do it.
But tell that big guy if he touches my skates with that heavy sword again, I’m going to make sure his 'righteous' face meets the ice. Permanently."

Lang Qianqiu's Voice: (Echoing from the clouds) "I HEARD THAT! YOU’RE SO UNFILIAL!"

Yurio: "SHUT UP AND SEND THE SCRIPT!"

[The Heavenly Cameo: Ice, Blood, and Gold]

The residents of the Heavens watched with dropped jaws as the "Heavenly Cameo" ice show took center stage.
Lang Qianqiu had actually pulled it off: not only did he stay on his feet, but he even managed a bit of grace under the pressure of Yurio’s constant screaming.

Yurio: "If you mess up the focal point during the Taoist vs. Fox Demon segment one more time, I will personally slap you with my skate blade!"

Lang Qianqiu: "See?! I did it! I am the most graceful Taoist in existence!"
They crushed the King vs. Emperor duel with so much tension that the ice literally sparked.
The crowd went wild, refusing to let them leave, so they were forced back for an encore: the Demon vs. God showdown. Lang Qianqiu soared through the air bathed in golden light, while Yurio pursued him with a dark, furious aura like an angry kitten.

At the end, amidst the deafening thunder of applause:

Guzi: (Jumping up and down) "Daddy, look! The big brother didn't fall down!"

Xiao Mengyou: (With a heavy sigh, checking the budget) "Thankfully. Although the repair costs after the King vs. Emperor set are already equivalent to the price of a small palace."

Yurio: (Panting, but smirking) "What's the matter, traffic cone? Don't tell me you're actually enjoying this?"

Lang Qianqiu: "Shut up! And now... BRING ON THE NEXT ROUND!"

The prayers of the "Cultivators of the True Path" have finally been answered: they prayed so hard for Hua Cheng and Xie Lian to finally come and take me away that the heavens actually listened.

And honestly? Thanks for the referral, guys! I finally got to meet them, and I’m more than ready for my tribulation.

I’ve officially reached the status of an unorthodox demonic cultivator because I’ve been using AI for my illustrations and Suno to compose my #fansongs.
(I write the lyrics myself, okay? I’m not a robot, and I haven't visited the Abyss to mutate into one 🍄).

I know, it’s a spiritual crime, and Hualian has literally descended into the modern era just to hunt me down for my transgressions.
I’ve reached a level of corruption that would make the Kiln look like a meditation retreat.


It’s hilarious how the same "righteous crowd' that cried over Wei Wuxian being judged by the cultivation world for being forced into a non-traditional path are now the first ones who would throw me into Qi Rong’s cooking pot.
They sobbed for him, but they’d boil me alive just because I chose this 'path'—mostly because I lack talent in some areas and, honestly, I just like to have some fun, just like my favorite Yiling Patriarch. Talk about a bunch of hypocrites.

Mu Qing actually tried to warn me in a dream once, telling me that I’m "too much."
It was classic MQ: 70% eye-rolling, 30% pure annoyance.
He basically ordered me to stop making those 'shorts' before I brought shame to the entire Heavenly Realm and all the cultivators.

And of course, I totally, 100% stopped... wink wink... well, at least I stopped "MQ Mondays."
Regardless, Mu Qing is probably in his divine palace right now, aggressively polishing his saber at me and judging my every life choice with that signature disdain of his, just as expected."


The only one who isn't mad? The REAL (and very much deceased) Ming Yi.
He’s just chilling—permanently—down in He Xuan’s underwater palace.
Honestly, he’s probably just relieved that someone finally acknowledged the actual Earth Master instead of that black-clad, identity-stealing, perpetually hungry ghost (whom I actually love, by the way, but let’s face it—he’s not an easy case)

So, if you see silver butterflies outside your window or smell something that reminds you of Xie Lian’s "creative" cooking, just know that your prayers worked: they are officially taking me away—but only so we can laugh at my crappy videos together. Unlike the haters, they actually have a sense of humor and would rather join the chaos than judge it!

I’m still positively shocked that Sándor Petőfi is known and loved all the way in China!
His poem “Freedom, Love!” is super popular there — for example, I recently saw it mentioned in a webnovel I read, Flying Gulls Never Land, and I literally squealed with joy and surprise when I saw it brought up in the first half of the first chapter 🥹.
It honestly makes me so happy to see his work being appreciated worldwide.


Have you guys heard of Sándor Petőfi?
Did you know that he wasn’t just a poet?
He is also one of the heroes of Hungary’s national holiday on March 15th 🇭🇺✨
Btw, I am planning to update the musical version of the poem mentioned above for March 15th, because the old Suno version turned out quite poor, unfortunately.
