ARKY BLENDS SOUND WITH LOTS OF STARCH
Arky Starch is a dub-architect and bass player rooted in reggae and roots dub, creating, mixing and mastering from a homestudio, blending sounds with lots of starch.
He is a bass player whose musical journey began in 1994, shaped by a deep love for the danceable basslines at the heart of reggae and dub. Although he has played in a wide range of genres over the years, he always returns to the warm, hypnotic low-end that first inspired him. A dedicated autodidact, Arky also plays guitar and bit of keyboards, continually expanding his musical vocabulary through experimentation and curiosity.
