I wasn’t born in Australia — but I came alive here.I chase silence, empty horizons, and the kind of mornings you never forget. No crowds. No noise. Just real adventure. This isn’t a highlight reel. This is the life I live.

I bought an Ironman 4x4 awning for around $1300 and had it installed by an Ironman 4x4 store. After only two years, one of the arms broke in the wind — even though the awning was properly secured with the guy ropes. When I contacted the company, I was told that the arms are not replaceable and that the only solution is to buy a completely new awning. So a $1300 product becomes useless because of one broken arm. What disappointed me even more was the attitude. No real effort to help, no solution, just “it can’t be replaced”.After investing a lot of money into Ironman 4x4 equipment over the years, this is honestly very frustrating.Customers deserve better support than being told to throw away an expensive product because of one broken component. For me, unfortunately, it’s simple now:Ironman 4x4 — never again.

Some roads are not on the map.Out here, there is no signal, no backup — just you, your machine, and the wild Australian outback. This is why I don’t travel for comfort.I travel for moments like this.Would you drive through?
