At times a traveller, at other times a lawyer, now a Youtuber :) Hey! I'm Richie. I love stories. Doesn't matter what medium they come in. Books, Movies, Tv Series, Comics, Video Games. A good story is a good story. No matter what anyone says. The purpose of this channel is for me to express my love of fiction, especially fantasy. As an aspiring writer, I hope to one day release a few books I'm working on. But right now, this channel is a way for me to express my creative side. This channel aims to explore compelling characters, fascinating magic systems, unique cultures and peoples and of course, worldbuilding.

A brand new Legacy of Kain Graphic Novel has just been announced!!!
Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver – The Dead Shall Rise will be a collaboration between Crystal Dynamics and Bit Bot Media. The book intends to give us flashbacks to Raziel's human past as a Sarafan Warrior Priest and will also delve into how he became a vampire serving under Kain. Apparently, the aim of the graphic novel is to add Legacy of Kain/Soul Reaver mythos while also introducing a new vampire character with close ties to both Raziel and Kain.
While I have my reservations about the "new vampire character" part, this is exciting news for us fans who have been patiently waiting for some proper Legacy of Kain content since Legacy of Kain: Defiance was released back in 2003.

Exciting news!!! A Legacy of Kain survey is circulating online by Crystal Dynamics asking fans to chime in about the future direction of the series. I had my doubts at first about whether or not this survey is authentic but after researching into it a bit further, it appears to be legitimate. The terms of service links back to Crystal Dynamics' official website and a number of people from the community have confirmed that it's being circulated via email from an official user research manager at Crystal Dynamics. A few gaming news sites have also reported on the survey, so I am cautiously optimistic that it's real.
In any case, if you want to have your say about whether you prefer a possible remake, reboot or sequel, then I have included the link to the survey below. It's up to us to show the team at Crystal Dynamics that we very much want to keep this wonderful series alive!
