Had a fun workout at Solidcore. But it’s not a sustainable fitness routine for my goals.

I need to be able to control my Reps and Load.
This ensures I am most efficient with each workout and stimulate muscle protein synthesis and growth (my goal).

If my goals where having better balance and endurance, then maybe.

I’ll stick to the cable machine and strength training
