How to replace the oil-gas separator in an air compressor?
1. Use the key to turn on the power switch and remove the chassis protective plate.

2. Use an Allen wrench to turn counterclockwise to remove the drain nut and open the drain port.

3. Connect the drain hose and find an empty container to collect the waste oil.

4. Press the start button to start the machine and open the drain valve until the waste oil is completely drained (if there is still a small amount of oil, immediately press the stop button to stop the machine; do not wait until the oil is completely drained before stopping. Note: Make sure to connect the drain hose and empty container before draining the oil);

5. After the exhaust pressure on the panel reaches 0.00 MPa, disconnect the power supply to the equipment;

6. Disassemble

7. Check if the pressure gauge pointer is at zero before using the equipment;

8. Use an adjustable wrench to remove the filler cap nut and open the filler port;

9. Use an adjustable wrench to loosen the exhaust pipe nut and the pressure sensor nut, disconnecting the connection;

10. Disconnect one return oil pipe and one control air pipe (Note: both ends must be disconnected);

11. Loosen all fixing screws on the oil-gas tank, open the cover, replace the oil separator element (Note: scrape the paper gasket on the edge of the oil-gas tank clean), and then install the oil separator element;

12. Install and tighten all previously loosened pipes;

13. Disconnect the drain pipe at the drain port and tighten the screw;

14. Add engine oil through the filler port using a funnel;

15. Fill the engine oil to the upper end of the oil sight glass mark and tighten the filler cap (arrow point, i.e., 3/4 of the way down the oil gauge).
