BIG NEWS!!! Over a year ago, EES filed a lawsuit against me alleging “defamation” and attempting to discredit me publicly. Since then, the facts have slowly come to light and a major TURNING POINT has now occurred. One of their central claims is that I was wrong to state that their technology is based on Robert Religa’s intellectual property. Their position has been that this is not true.
So, a very simple solution was proposed: to compare both codes. Afterall, if they want their defamation claims to go through, they must prove what I said is false.
Up to this point, executable versions of both systems were compared and were found to be nearly IDENTICAL. EES claimed that wasn’t sufficient and insisted the source codes must be compared for a proper analysis.
After months of requesting their source code through discovery, and receiving nothing, we filed a motion to compel to require production of what they call “their source code”. And just last night, they finally ADMITTED that they DO NOT possess their own source code.
But wait… it gets better. After decades of EES publicly stating that Sandra Rose Michael was the inventor and creator of the technology dating back to the 1990s, their position has shifted on that as well. Their story keeps changing. They now claim the code was rewritten by Sandra’s brother, “Max”, in 2003. And here is where it gets even better… in her brother’s declaration under oath, he stated that he wrote the code based on Robert’s source code and COPIED lines of code. After reaching out to her brother, who should surely have the source code in his possession, he stated that he, too, does not have it because it was “stolen”. Convenient!!!
Please explain to me how a company that bases all their main products on a source code does not have the source code in their possession. What are they so afraid of? Are they hiding something?
This case has consumed over a year of my life and significant resources over claims that continue to unravel under scrutiny. The truth will continue to come out and I fully intend to seek damages. But here’s the part that makes all of this so special. Any damages I personally recover from EES, beyond what this nonsense cost me, will be distributed back to the centers because they are the heartbeat of this entire operation. The truth ALWAYS prevails!!!
