Hi everyone! Over the past few weeks, I’ve received a lot of questions about the TLS Watch, battery life, and the best way to use it, so I wanted to share my personal experience in one place :)
First, I just want to say how incredible it’s been to watch what’s happening. The interest in the TLS Watch has been unlike anything expected. Thousands of people around the world have already moved forward with getting their watch, and the experiences I’m seeing people share on social media of how it’s helping them warms my heart which makes me even more grateful to support this mission🩵
With that level of demand, I know some people have experienced delays in getting responses from the TLS Customer Support. I know the team has been rapidly expanding customer support over the past couple of weeks to keep up with the overwhelming interest coming in from all over the world.
As for the watch itself, one of the most common questions I get is:
“Should I leave the transmission running all day?”
My personal answer is no.
The way I use my watch is actually very simple. I typically run the transmission for about 5 minutes every couple of hours throughout the day. That’s what works best for me.
Inside the app, you can set reminders that notify you when it’s time to turn the transmission on, whether that’s every 2 hours or on whatever schedule you prefer.
For those who enjoy running the transmission much more frequently, I would simply recommend charging the watch daily. In my experience, though, having the transmission running continuously throughout the entire day isn’t necessary.
If you’re looking to maximize battery life, here are a few things that have helped me:
• Set your screen timeout to 3 seconds.
• Turn off Raise to Wake.
• Turn off Bluetooth when you don’t need it.
• Reduce unnecessary screen usage throughout the day.
Those small adjustments can make a noticeable difference.
I hope this helps answer some of the questions I’ve been seeing. Overall, I’ve been really enjoying the watch and continue learning new things about how I personally like to use it. As more people receive theirs and spend time with it, I’m sure everyone will develop their own routine as well!

I've been seeing a lot of questions about EMFs and TLS products lately, so I decided to run the test again, on camera. I spend more time around TLS technology than almost anyone. It's part of my daily life, which is exactly why I've always taken the time to test, verify, and experience these products for myself.
