BIG NEWS!!! A few days ago, I shared an important update about the lawsuit EES filed against me… a clear attempt to silence and discredit me. Since my latest update, something even more revealing has come out.

In their response to my last update, EES suddenly claimed their source code is “irrelevant”. They now say they don’t need it, don’t use it, and that it supposedly doesn’t matter. Convenient timing, considering they just ADMITTED THEY DON’T HAVE IT!

And here is where it gets even more interesting!!! While they say they don’t have their source code and that it is “irrelevant”, their own license agreement says the EXACT OPPOSITE. It states “the EESystem Patent-Pending Technology in source code form remains a confidential trade secret…” and that it is “protected by patent, copyright, and trade secret laws”. Meanwhile, they have no patent or copyright filed anywhere. They even forbid anyone from copying, modifying, reverse engineering, or even attempting to decipher it. That means, according to their OWN documents, the source code is the heart of their technology.

So, which is it?
Is the source code “irrelevant”?
Or is it their most protected and essential trade secret?

Both cannot be true.

For months, they insisted that a source code comparison was the only valid way to analyze the technologies side by side. After refusing to provide it, and then finally admitting they don’t have it, they’re now pretending it doesn’t matter.

I will continue fighting for transparency, integrity, and respect because peace is apparently not something they want, no matter how much I tried, and continue to try, to resolve the issue and move on. This is not about me. This is about protecting every center, practitioner, and community member who relies on honesty and integrity.

And DON’T FORGET, any damages I personally recover, beyond what this legal saga costs, will GO RIGHT BACK TO THE CENTERS!!! Because, as I said in my last message, THEY are the heartbeat of this mission.

My beautiful Aba. My guardian angel. Designing your gravestone was one of the greatest honors of my life… and one of the hardest things I’ve ever done.

You weren’t just a man who lived… you were a force. A presence. A soul that left an imprint on everyone you touched. You loved deeply, laughed loudly, gave endlessly, and lived in a way that made people feel seen and protected.

Every curve, every word, every symbol on this stone was chosen with intention. Not just to mark where your body rests, but to reflect who you were and still are. Your strength and your softness. Your wisdom and your playfulness. Your depth. Your infinity.

I wanted this to be more than a gravestone. I wanted it to be a mirror of your soul. A reminder that even though your physical body is gone, your energy, your lessons, your love… they don’t end here.

Aba, thank you for being my father, my teacher, my protector, and my example. Thank you for shaping me, for believing in me, and for loving me in a way that I will carry forever.

I miss you more than words can express.

BIG NEWS!!! Over a year ago, EES filed a lawsuit against me alleging “defamation” and attempting to discredit me publicly. Since then, the facts have slowly come to light and a major TURNING POINT has now occurred. One of their central claims is that I was wrong to state that their technology is based on Robert Religa’s intellectual property. Their position has been that this is not true.

So, a very simple solution was proposed: to compare both codes. Afterall, if they want their defamation claims to go through, they must prove what I said is false.

Up to this point, executable versions of both systems were compared and were found to be nearly IDENTICAL. EES claimed that wasn’t sufficient and insisted the source codes must be compared for a proper analysis.

After months of requesting their source code through discovery, and receiving nothing, we filed a motion to compel to require production of what they call “their source code”. And just last night, they finally ADMITTED that they DO NOT possess their own source code.

But wait… it gets better. After decades of EES publicly stating that Sandra Rose Michael was the inventor and creator of the technology dating back to the 1990s, their position has shifted on that as well. Their story keeps changing. They now claim the code was rewritten by Sandra’s brother, “Max”, in 2003. And here is where it gets even better… in her brother’s declaration under oath, he stated that he wrote the code based on Robert’s source code and COPIED lines of code. After reaching out to her brother, who should surely have the source code in his possession, he stated that he, too, does not have it because it was “stolen”. Convenient!!!

Please explain to me how a company that bases all their main products on a source code does not have the source code in their possession. What are they so afraid of? Are they hiding something?

This case has consumed over a year of my life and significant resources over claims that continue to unravel under scrutiny. The truth will continue to come out and I fully intend to seek damages. But here’s the part that makes all of this so special. Any damages I personally recover from EES, beyond what this nonsense cost me, will be distributed back to the centers because they are the heartbeat of this entire operation. The truth ALWAYS prevails!!!
