He was stuck in a loop: Train hard → inconsistent nutrition → stalled progress
And nutrition wasn’t simple for him.
South Asian background Vegetarian diet Limited high-protein options
So even when training was dialed in… execution outside the gym kept breaking down.
The body wasn’t the problem.
The system was.
He didn’t need more effort. He needed a plan that actually fit his life.
So we built one.
Training: 4–5x per week, structured and intentional Nutrition: adapted to his culture and diet—not against it Execution: simplified so consistency became automatic
But the real shift happened first in his identity.
He stopped seeing himself as someone trying to get in shape… and started operating like someone who already belongs there.
From there, everything compounded.
He: - Dropped body fat - Maintained size - Built stronger legs - Started looking like the work he was putting in
But the real win wasn’t physical.
It was alignment.
Now: - He’s more confident - More consistent - Actually hitting his potential
Not guessing. Not forcing.
Just executing.
And we’re not done.
Now we move into a reverse diet: Increasing calories Building more muscle Raising his baseline
So the next phase becomes easier: - Eat more while growing - Cut later on higher calories - Sustain everything long-term
This wasn’t a quick fix.
It was a system upgrade.
If your effort isn’t translating into results, the issue isn’t how hard you’re working.
Every "defeat" you've ever taken was psychological
The only time you actually run out of chances is when God decides your time on this earth is up
As long as you're still breathing, still waking up, still being given another day you have unlimited opportunities to start over
and to rebuild
and to become the version of yourself you keep seeing in your head
Life doesnt kill you.
Your mind does.
Once I understood that, fitness finally made sense to me
If you want the system that can help turn you into the "best version" of yourself, you know where to find me a or you can always DM me "PCT" on Instagram for 1:1 coaching
Huge shoutout to my coach, mentor and damn near older brother at this point, @urwelcome2rome I’m grateful for him guiding me through this prep and pushing me to evolve physically, mentally, and spiritually. A lot of you saw the 4-week transformation and the show day physique but you didn’t see the knowledge, structure, and standards he poured into me behind the scenes
This prep completely changed how I look at coaching. It took me 5 years of trial and error to build my body from scratch: dieting, training, discipline, all of it. A real coach doesn’t just get results… he shortens timelines. Rome helped me get stage-ready in 4 weeks. And now I take the same principle into my own coaching:
my job is to help my clients get in the best shape of their lives in a fraction of the time it took me.
Whether it’s helping someone lose 20–30 lbs in a few months or guiding them through a lifestyle reset, this experience reminded me what real mentorship does: it compresses years into weeks.
Grateful for the process. Locked in for what’s next. 🙏🏾🔥
I am nothing without Jesus 🙏🏾 so I have to start by giving ALL credit to my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, because without Him, none of this would've been possible.
Man, first bodybuilding show in the books and i cant give enough credit to my support system during these last 4 weeks starting bodybuilding prep coming right off of the Hyrox race
@urwelcome2rome thank you for being the best coach and for everything you've done for me. Could never pay you back in a million years. I'll forever love you like a brother
À mon amour, merci pour tout ton soutien pendant les derrières 4 semaines. je sais que j'etais hyper aigri la majorité des fois, mais tout ce success ne sera pas possible sans toi et ton courage. Thank you for being my shoulder to lean on for those days I hit rock bottom, I'm eternally grateful to have you in my life there's a few other people l'm missing but without these 3 none of this would've been possible to begin with
also a huge thank you to all of you guys who watched and sent supportive messages along this short journey of mine, the kind words of encouragement definetly gave me hope and helped further my belief in myself. im so thankful and my heart is full. forever grateful and excited to see what's next 🙏🏾🤎

Sukh had been lifting for years when we met.
Consistent in the gym.
Putting in real time.
But his body didn’t reflect the effort.
The results weren’t matching the investment.

Consider it pure joy 🙏🏾
Last month was super tough after getting injured for the first time and I wanted to throw in the towel until I remembered James 1:2-3

Daishane was already in shape when we met
215 lbs.
Strong. Disciplined. Capable.
He just wasn't optimized
Long workdays
Back-to-back meetings
Deadlines always pilling up
He was forcing fitness into his routine
High effort, high output
Trying to maintain the body he built — at the cost of his mental energy
With inconsistent focus and energy levels he would sometimes ask himself
"Is this even sustainable?"
The body wasn't the real problem
The system was.
He needed structure that blended into his life
So he reached out and took the leap
We installed the Performance Portal into his schedule
And he executed perfectly
Within 3 months, we completed his body recompostion
Taking him from 215 to 210
5 lbs isn't crazy on the scale
Although he was leaner, more defined and more athletic
That scale weight wasn't the win
The win was this:
Stable energy throughout long days
Sharper thinking in high-pressure moments
Training that supported his work instead of competing with it
Being able to show up for his business with more of himself
All of this without burning out
It wasn't about dropping 5 pounds
It was about upgrading his operating system
Daishane wasn't looking for a quick fix
He was looking for alignment
So that's what we built
If you're done using maximum effort just to maintain, message me "COACH"

Faizaan didn’t struggle because he wasn’t trying.
For years he was stuck in the same cycle:
- Strict diets
- Cutting carbs
- Skipping meals
- Pushing harder in the gym
It would work for a few weeks.
He’d lose a pound or two.
Then cravings hit.
Energy dropped.
Motivation faded.
And he’d end up right back where he started.
Training wasn’t the issue.
Faizaan was already lifting 4–5 days a week and training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
But the real frustration wasn’t just the weight.
It was the feeling of breaking promises to himself.
Again and again.
Feeling uneasy in social settings around food.
Second-guessing himself.
Overthinking how he looked walking into a room.
What he wanted to see in the mirror was simple:
A sharper jawline.
Broader shoulders.
A tighter waist.
Visible abs.
Arms that actually looked athletic.
Fast forward 6 months.
Faizaan is down 41 lbs.
Stronger. Leaner. More disciplined than he’s ever been.
But the biggest change wasn’t just the weight.
It was finally breaking the cycle that kept pulling him back for years.
Now he moves, trains, and shows up with a level of confidence he hadn’t felt in a long time.
If you’re the guy who’s been “active for years” but your body still doesn’t reflect it…
If you’ve built success in your career but this one goal keeps slipping…
Stop waiting for the next vacation to take fitness seriously.
Stop relying on more workouts or endless cardio.
Start building real control over your habits and schedule.
If you’re ready to build a physique that actually matches the standard you hold in the rest of your life..
DM “COACH” and let’s get to work.
