Bray Coastal Celtic Camino (SAVE THE DATE!) 🐚

I’ve had so many of you asking about this, so here it is! On Saturday, April 4th (Easter Weekend), I’m hosting a group walk of the full Bray Coastal Camino, a ~30km journey from the seafront in Bray all the way to St. James’ Church in the heart of Dublin.

This is an official stage of the Camino de Santiago. If you complete this route, you can get your Irish Pilgrim Certificate, which counts toward your final Compostela in Spain!

It’s a long day (approx. 7–9 hours), but we’ll be doing it as a pack. Expect lovely sea views, salty air, a bit of a physical challenge, and a celebratory finish in the city.

THE DETAILS:
📍 Route: Bray ➡️ Dún Laoghaire ➡️ Dublin City
📅 Date: Saturday, April 4th
⏰ Time: Full day (Early start around 8:00 AM)
🎟 Booking: Spots will be limited to keep the group manageable!

Official bookings open this Wednesday morning. (March 25th)

I’m expecting spots to go fast, so I’ve set up a Priority Notification List. If you want the booking link sent directly to your inbox 1 hour before it goes public, you can add your email to this list:

Hope to see you there on the day 💜

There's so much of the west of Ireland that's on my list to explore, and this glimpse into the Killarney National Park, and the Kerry Way in particular, was such a beautiful hike.
I couldn't stop saying out loud how beautiful everything was, and how much fun I was having 🥰
I vlogged the full hike if you'd like to come along with me, you can watch it now!

Do you want to join me this Saturday for a group walk to celebrate Women in Sport Week?

As part of my brand new Erikalives Adventure Club, I'm organising a walk on Saturday 7th, at Vartry Reservoir Upper Loop.
This week is Women in Sport Week. Sport Ireland's theme for this year is “Same Energy”. Same Energy challenges everyone to ask whether they are bringing the same energy, excitement, commitment and visibility to women’s sport as they do to men’s sport.

This walk is open to people of all genders who are keen to bring the SAME ENERGY to women's sports.

This is a free event with 15 spaces available. All details are at this link: www.eventbrite.com/e/1984371612912?aff=oddtdtcreat…

Hope to see you there 🙌

A taster of ‪@wanderwild7967‬

And the fact that this was only a taster really highlights how amazing the full weekend festival must be 😍

I'm incredibly grateful to have been invited to Killarney for the weekend for this experience.
Spending a weekend with friends, new faces, and the most passionate group of festival committee members in the beautiful Killarney National Park really can't be beaten 💜

I have a lot I want to share from the weekend, including a full vlog coming to YouTube, so stay tuned to see everything we got up to.

Bonus video this week 🥳

I really enjoy watching these silent hiking style videos so wanted to put one together from some recent hikes I've done in Wicklow.

Let me know if you enjoy this style and I can share them more often as bonus videos from my adventures 😊

Just when I thought I couldn't love where I live any more, we got this EPIC show in the sky last night!
These were all taken from the field right behind my house (which we ran out to in our pyjamas to stand in the freezing cold and look up at the sjy for half an hour)
Seeing the northern lights has been on my bucket list since I was a kid, and now this is the second year in a row I've seen them from my house, right here in Wicklow, Ireland. Watching the incredible colours iluminate and dance across the sky last night goes straight to the top of my list of highlights of 2026 (for now, and probably for always).

What a lovely festive weekend I've had- I think I'm finally in the Christmas spirit 🎄
Not photographed is the dinner and drinks on Friday night as the Christmas Party for my weekly craft group, followed my a visit to the Christmas Market in Wicklow Gaol with my partner.
Captured in a few little here is the Christmas Dinner feast with friends on Saturday evening, followed my trivia, karaoke and lots of catching up, before a cosy slow morning breakfast together on Sunday and a short hike through Crone Woods.
I hope you all had a lovely weekend too! Do you have any festive traditions this time of year?
