The Coaches Journey

This is something I see often. A coach has a really good conversation with a prospect. There's connection. The person seems interested, even grateful. And then nothing happens.
So the coach follows up. Maybe twice. And then starts to wonder — am I being too persistent? Am I coming across as pushy?
Usually, that's not the problem.
The problem is that the conversation didn't have a clear structure that led anywhere. The discovery was good, but there was no process connecting it to a next step.
This is actually one of the things we'll go into in detail on June 10 — how to structure conversations so that following up doesn't feel awkward, because the next step was already established during the call itself.

The Coaches Journey

Most coaches avoid selling because they don't want to be that person — the one who corners someone and pitches them before there's any real connection.
That instinct is actually good. It means you care about the relationship.
But here's the distinction: ethical selling isn't about pressure. It's about clarity. Helping someone understand what they're dealing with, what's possible, and whether working together makes sense.
As Faisal puts it — you're not trying to convince anyone. You're helping them make a decision that actually serves them.
When you understand that, sales stops feeling uncomfortable. It feels like the natural end of a good conversation.
That's one of the core things we'll cover on June 10.

The Coaches Journey

One of the coaches in our last session made an observation that stuck with me.
She said she'd pause for a while — life happened, things got difficult — and when she came back, she felt like she had to start from scratch. Everything she'd tried before hadn't left her with anything to build on.
That's what happens without a real client creation process. You're always restarting.
But when there's an actual structure — how you put yourself out there, how you have conversations, how you move someone from a connection to a client — you don't lose all your ground when life interrupts. You just pick up the process again.
That's what we're building on June 10. Something you can return to.
