Hi, I'm Pony. For more than fifteen years I've practiced and taught these gentle Chinese movement traditions — the kind of slow, mindful routines that help the body stay mobile, steady, and at ease as the years go by. Over those years I've guided many people, most of them in their 50s, 60s and beyond, to move more easily, feel steadier on their feet, and regain a bit of quiet confidence in their own bodies.
I'm not a doctor, and I don't promise quick fixes. What I share is what I've seen work, practiced day by day: simple, careful routines you can do at home, arranged with real attention to how an older body actually feels.
