Entity appears humanoid-feminine in silhouette, possessing an elongated, tapering lower body consistent with aquatic adaptation—possibly piscine or serpentine. Upper form adorned with layered, fin-like structures suggestive of ceremonial garb.

Head structure is conical and elongated, flaring outward like a bell or hood, ornamented with shifting lights or bioluminescent runes. Facial detail largely unreadable—appears to be a smooth, mask-like plate with stylized features resembling ancient funerary ceramics (comparable to terrestrial haniwa figures).

In its grasp: a scepter or staff-like object radiating intense thermal and energetic readings—possibly the source of the detected flare-class burst.
