The Native Americans called it The Moon of the Terrible. There is a reason it feels awful right now. It's cold, it's dark, we're tired, we're hungry, we need rest. But the world outside tells us we need to keep moving on the hamster wheel earning worthiness and striving for something from outside of ourselves.

This Gemini Full Moon, December 4, calls us towards healing and integrating our shadow parts so that BOTH sides of ourselves get to be included: the good, the bad, the ugly.
They are all equally valuable and equally important. The shadow only becomes a problem when we pretend we don't have one. That's the moment when it's going to start gaining steam towards making itself known, in a likely ugly and unhealthy way.
