Most people cling to their excuses and REFUSE to let them go. Coaches often brag about "firing" their clients. ⁣

I do not have that issue. Primarily because my cpaching process revolves around behavior change and akill development. In my entire coaching career of over fourteen years, I have only ever had three bad clients.⁣

By bad, I mean this. ⁣

1. They refused to work collaboratively with me and instead demanded we do everything their way (10/10 times this was the opposite of what they actually needed).⁣

2. They had zero accountability. No matter what I did or how much I accommodated them, it was never enough, and it was always my fault.⁣

3. They ignored my advice and then would blame me for lack of progress. ⁣

4. They thought they knew it all and could not humble themselves. ⁣

5. They would use every excuse under the sun for why they couldn't see results. The one thing they never said was that it was their fault.⁣

One client was so bad that he told me he watched a video of Dr. Mike Israetel going over hypertrophy and said his claims contradicted mine. ⁣

I told him to look at his book "Scientific Principles Of Hypertrophy Training" and he will find my name as the editor. ⁣

I explained how he misunderstood what Mike was saying and the missing context and refusal to be coached was the reason he had been struggling for so long. ⁣
