I panic bought this LV Empreinte Speedy 20 right when the price increase hit (literally while the website was updating), but now that it’s here, I’m not 100% sure how I feel…

The 20 is super cute, but honestly, the 25 just fits my lifestyle way better.

Would you keep it because it’s cute (and you got it at the old price)? Or return it and stick with what you know works best long term?

By the way, have you guys seen the new Louis Vuitton box? They’ve switched it up, so there’s no more magnets, which is a little different, but it still has that luxe LV feel!

PSA: Louis Vuitton Price Increase Just Hit the U.S.

As of Monday night, prices on the site still show the old numbers, but once you add to cart—you’ll see the updated pricing.

Here are a few examples:
• Neverfull MM: $2,030 → now $2,130
• Looping (bought 2 weeks ago): $2,710 → now $2,850
• Mini Bumbag: $2,030 → now $2,120
• Palm Springs Mini: $2,490 → now $2,640
• Empreinte High Rise PM: $2,290 → now $2,430

Other countries already got hit, so this was expected—but still annoying if you were planning a purchase. Just a heads up!

⚠️ Update: The new prices are now showing site-wide—not just in cart.

Stopped by Louis Vuitton today hoping to get a new SLG and got to see a few of the newer pieces in person—the Trunkie, the Drop PM, and the Drop GM. All really nice, but none of them were must-haves for me.

It was so packed (remind me to never go to LV on a holiday weekend 😒) that I didn’t even get the SLG I wanted. Maybe I’ll just order it online instead.

Also, quick update on that “luxury is a scam” video idea—I’ve decided not to move forward with it, but I appreciate everyone who voted in the poll and shared their thoughts.

I realized that the conversation can get way too divisive, and honestly, I’d rather keep my channel focused on what I love about luxury and not try to prove anything to people who already have their mind made up. The ones who get it, get it. Plus, we all value and prioritize different things, and that’s okay.

That said, I’ve picked up a few things over the past few weeks that I’m so excited about, I’ll share them all with you in a video soon!

Louis Vuitton bags are made in France, Italy, Spain, and the U.S.—not China.

Yes, some components like zippers might be globally sourced (that’s just how supply chains work), but the bags? The construction? The final assembly? That all happens in Louis Vuitton workshops under their own standards. Period.

Now, if you wanna talk about quality control issues at the Texas facility? Fair. That’s a real conversation. But saying counterfeits are the same? Please be serious.

No shade if replicas are your thing—but it’s not the same. Not the same legacy, not the same experience. Authentic bags come with brand accountability, warranties, and resale value. And that’s just facts.

I’m just sharing what I know—no judgment, no shade. At the end of the day, do what works for you!

✨ SNEAK PEEK ALERT! ✨

Okay you guys, I can finally spill the tea! A couple weeks ago, I hinted at an upcoming Louis Vuitton release that no one was talking about. Well, the cat’s officially out of the bag—pics are floating around now, and it’s the LV Empreinte Highrise Bumbag! 👜💫

I’ve had pics of it for weeks, but when I first saw it, I only had a blurry front shot, and I was really hoping it would come with a guitar strap (you know I love those 🙃) But I found out a couple days ago—it’s only coming with this chain/leather strap, so I’ll be passing on it.

Also, it’s a PM size. Based on the measurements (9.4 in L × 5.5 in H × 1.6 in W), it’s actually a little narrower than the Mini Bumbag, but longer and taller. So overall, it’s a little longer and flatter than the Mini Bumbag.

It’s still a gorgeous bag, so I had to share it now that it’s no longer a secret! 🤭
