If you feed kids ultra-processed food, no one questions it.
If you choose real, healthy living, people ask what’s wrong with you.
That tells you everything about what’s been normalized.
You confuse them by normalizing products engineered to hijack their brain and drain their body.
Oreos.
Pepsi.
Doritos.
Not treats.
Engineered products wrapped in cartoons.
Then GMOs from the supermarkts containing heavy metals and glyphosate, pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, ... can disturb gut bacteria.
A disturbed gut struggles with minerals and detox.

As you can see Theo Francken Ready for war, but I am ready for peace love and unity.
Our Minister of Defence and Foreign Trade, Theo Francken, is active in many international meetings never taking a day off supporting the one world government. Everything is framed as security, preparedness and protection.
And still, a deeper question rises.
Because when I look around, I see something strange:
Always budgets for weapons, defence and military readiness.
Always money for war But they can't feed the poor. You must ask why there is “not enough” for food, mental health, healing, families, youth, housing, farmers and communities.
This post is not about attacking one person.
It is about reflecting on the direction of the system we are all part of.
War is not an abstract concept.
War means fear.
War means stress.
War means trauma, broken families, wounded generations and damaged earth.
And many people quietly feel:
We are being prepared for conflict,
while life itself is not being supported enough.
So the real question becomes:
What are we actually investing in?
• Are we investing in weapons, or in people
• Are we investing in fear, or in healing, peace, love and unity
• Are we investing in destruction, or in regeneration
Maybe true security does not start with armies.
Maybe it starts with detox, healed hearts, strong communities and healthy soil.
Peace is not passive.
Peace is a conscious choice.
Some voices today speak more and more about “being ready for large-scale conflict”.
But should fear be the compass that guides our future?
Because when wars happen elsewhere, the consequences always ripple through the world.
Trauma, displacement and suffering do not stop at borders.
They enter societies, families and communities everywhere.
So maybe the deeper work is not preparing for war,
but preparing for life.
Let us open our hearts.
Let us choose what is right.
Let us reconnect with the living earth.
Let us choose love over fear.

• Invest in community gardens and local food systems
• Support mental health and trauma recovery initiatives

This is how peace becomes practical.
Not by fighting people.
