Hey Lurks Lessons community! I want your honest input on a new idea I’m considering in addition to my usual monthly videos.

Introducing: The LURKS LESSONS SHOW – a weekly podcast/livestream (dropping Mondays) where I break down 4–5 major sports topics of the week. I’ll explain why they matter and what you need to know—always through the same accessible, educational lens you’ve come to expect.

Here’s the format I’m imagining:
🎙️ Weekly analysis + playoff predictions
🎤 Interviews with voices from the sports world
📊 Animated stats on-screen (think Pardon the Interruption)
💬 Your questions answered in the next episode

Why this?
1. It gives you a consistent weekly touchpoint, since main videos take time to produce.
2. It helps you stay in the conversation—at work, with friends, or wherever sports come up. That’s what this channel is all about.

I’m not claiming to be a sports “expert,” but I am here to help you understand the games/topics better—and have fun doing it. This wouldn’t launch overnight, but I’m targeting late fall/early winter if there’s enough interest.

It's that time of year! The ‪@NBA‬ Playoffs tip off tonight with the #PlayInTournament where #9v#10 and #7v#8 seeds battle for the final two spots in the bracket. I have my 2025 predictions set in where I'm picking the ‪@cavs‬ winning their second NBA Title in franchise history. Last year I correctly picked the ‪@Celtics‬ winning it all so let's see if I can make it 2 for 2 in doing this NBA Prediction. Below is my breakdown:

- Eastern Conference is top seeds all the way, regardless in how the Play-In goes. I see the ECF going to 7 Games with CLE coming out on top.
- Western Conference I have more chaos, but the ‪@okcthunder‬ surviving the gauntlet.
- ‪@MemphisGrizzlies‬ will lose to the ‪@warriors‬ but will make it to the #8 Seed.
- GSW will upset the ‪@OfficialRockets‬ for I believe this is Steph's last year in making a "splash" in the post-season but will lose to the ‪@lakers‬ due to Lebron and Luka's dominance.
- The ‪@laclippers‬ will upset the ‪@DenverNuggets‬ (although is it really an 'upset') and will give the Thunder a 7 Game series before tapping out.
- The WCF will have an incredible series between the Thunder and Lakers but only going to 6 Games.
- The NBA Finals everyone was hoping for during the regular season becomes a reality. Both teams defend home court and will go 7 Games.
