ہم نے اپنی ایک پوری نسل کو یہ سکھا دیا ہے کہ اُن کے والدین غلط ہیں۔
یہ کہ اُن کی تربیت ٹھیک سے نہیں ہوئی، اُنکے ساتھ صِرف ظلم ہُوا ہے ، وہ صرف کھانے پینے اور پیسے خرچ کرنے تک محدود تھے، اور اُنہوں نے اپنی اولاد کی ذہنی صحت تباہ کر دی۔

اس بیانیے نے ہمارے گھروں میں نفرت اور دوری پیدا کر دی ہے۔ آج کے نوجوان لڑکے اور لڑکیاں اپنے والدین کو "ٹاکسک" کہہ کر رد کرنے لگے ہیں، اور یہ خلیج دن بہ دن بڑھتی جا رہی ہے۔ نتیجہ؟ ایک پولرائزڈ معاشرہ، جہاں رشتے کمزور اور دل خالی ہو گئے ہیں۔

لیکن حقیقت یہ ہے کہ ہمارے بڑے ایسے کیوں ہیں یہ جاننا، سمجھنا اور تسلیم کرنا ضروری ہے۔ اس کے بغیر ہم نہ اُنہیں سمجھ سکتے ہیں اور نہ اپنے آپ کو بہتر بنا سکتے ہیں۔

اسی لیے میں نے دو سال پہلے ایک تفصیلی ورکشاپ کروائی تھی، جس میں ہم ڈفرنٹ جنریشنز، اُن کے بیہیوئرز، اور اُن کے پیچھے چھپی اصل وجوہات کو سیکھتے ہیں۔ یہ صرف سوشیالوجی نہیں بلکہ اسلامی تناظر میں جنریشن اسٹڈیز ہیں جہاں ہم قرآن و سنت کی روشنی میں یہ سمجھتے ہیں کہ ہمیں اپنے بڑوں کے بارے میں کیسا مائنڈ سیٹ رکھنا چاہیے اور مشکل معاملات کیسے حل کرنے چاہیے ۔

یہ چیزیں 5-10 منٹ میں سمجھنے کی نہیں ہیں ۔۔ اُمید ہے اس سے بہت سے افراد کے inner child heal ہوسکیں گے ۔۔۔ Bi'iznillahi'Ta'ala
