50k!! I’m speechless.
Approximately three year ago I had a tiny channel of 100 followers. I had no idea what I was doing except that I had a lot of determination.
Here’s something you probably have picked about me : Injustice makes me mad.
That abusive relationship left me more than hurt, shocked, and bereft: I was enraged. It shouldn’t have happened. What I survived was wrong. Terribly wrong.
And I wanted two things: 1. The whole world to know what he did to me, 2. and for this kind of exploitation and manipulation to stop. For it to never happen again. Not to me and definitely not to you.
YouTube has given me an amazing opportunity to do just that. You and me—we are changing the world. Story by story, we are making a difference.
THANK YOU so much for joining me on this mission. For not only supporting, encouraging, and motivating me, but also for being as passionate as me about making our relationships and communities healthier and more loving.
You all are so wonderful and amazing. Love you!
50k! There aren’t word enough to thank you. ❤️

If you attended last week's live, you may have been a thrown by the topic of autism and narcissism, instead of narcissistic mothers. So, this week, I'm circling back to discuss this very complicated issue. I hope you'll join me this Tuesday afternoon at 4 p.m. CT (2 p.m. PT/3 p.m. MT/5 p.m. ET). See you there!

This week I’m on a film set in Germany for a movie about narcissism and narcissistic abuse. It’s been super exciting to be a part of this project.
Unfortunately that means this week there will be NO LIVE STREAM. But I’ll be back next week at my regular time to talk about LOVE BOMBING! (Tuesday January 21 at 4 pm CT)
I can’t wait to be back hanging out with you next week and talking about such a very important topic.
Here’s a sneak peek at next week’s live stream cover art!

Too many of us are heading into the holidays with dread. We’re about to spend several hours with the very people we’ve spent most of the year avoiding. Like Great Aunt Maggie who can’t resist commenting on your weight or new hair style. Or Uncle Joe who will be sure to bring up one of your embarrassing childhood stories. Maybe you’re facing your partner’s inability to stay away from the punch bowl or revisiting an old fight on the way home.
For those of us who’ve left a narcissistically abusive relationship, we may be facing the holidays alone for the first time since the ex has gotten the kids despite promising never to hurt us quite this way. Or maybe we’re facing the holidays being a single parent with shell-shocked kids who don’t understand why their mother or father isn’t around.
Whatever the circumstances, the holidays are often far from being the peaceful respite we need.
If you’re looking for help, check out this week’s newsletter which is full of useful ideas and practical scenarios, including how-to tips. You can find it on Substack at Breaking Free from Narc Abuse. This week’s edition is completely free.

Tuesday's live (December 3, 2024) will be a half an hour delayed. It will start at 4:30 p.m. CT instead of the usual 4:00 p.m CT. It's going to be a good one! We'll be comparing cults to a narcissistic relationship!
