So I basically lost my genshin impact account..

So I joined genshin and then it made me in the log in screen not like the normal already has your account and you just tap the screen and you in your account. So I was like oh okay guess I just have to put my password and my email right? So I but my username and my password, i pressed log on and then it said “invalid parameter”? So I was like oh okay… I did the forgot password and… I did the username thingy and the vercation code and typed my new password and them I typed my new password and yeah.. it said once again “invalid parameter” I did the forgot password 3 TIMES and still “ invalid parameter” so I deleted genshin and then when to my HoYoLAB to post what happened,but I had to write my genshin password…

So I basically can not do genshin content anymore and only roblox…. But I will download it again and try…
