Welcome to TEAM1STIMPACT. I’m Ryan Robertson — lifelong martial artist, professional boxer, stunt performer, actor, filmmaker, and coach.
My journey began in Africa with Shotokan Karate, continued in Brooklyn with Goju, and grew in Florida with Tae Kwon Do, where I earned my 5th-degree black belt.
After being hit by a car in 2000, one question drove me: “Can I still fight?” I stepped into the ring, won my first fight, and finished my amateur career undefeated (5-0). In 2025, I turned pro.
This channel is where fitness meets film and real combat training. You’ll find boxing tutorials, pad work, stunt training, cinematic fight content, workouts, mindset, and motivation.
