"A little online-friendship awareness story — names & personal details hidden.

A while ago, I subscribed to a small creator’s account and slowly became one of their regular commenters. Eventually, we started talking outside the platform and became friends.

At some point, I was introduced to another person who was supposedly related to them. We ended up talking more, and I started trusting this person because of the things they told me about themselves, their life, and their identity.

Over time, I got emotionally attached. Eventually, I admitted that I liked them. They rejected me at first, and later things became confusing because they said they had feelings for me too. There were also moments where they showed me photos claiming they were themselves.

The problem was that some things eventually started feeling… off.

Certain details about the people involved, their identities, and the stories I'd been told didn't seem to match anymore. I started questioning whether two different accounts/personas might actually have been the same person — or whether I had been lied to from the beginning.

When I finally confronted the person about my suspicions, instead of getting a clear explanation, I was blocked.

I'm sharing this without exposing anyone because I'm not trying to start a witch hunt or encourage people to find them. I'm sharing it because I know I'm not the only person who has trusted someone online and later realized that they might not have been completely honest.

The biggest lesson I took from it is:

Someone can talk to you every day, know personal things about you, make you feel understood, and still not be who they claim to be.

So please be careful with online friendships. Don't send private pictures or information just because you've known someone for a while, and don't ignore red flags simply because you care about the person."

Basically in short, Nurizz was friends with a person she met online for over 2 years, later she found out that all the information they had given
about themselves were fake.

Even I experienced betrayal from this, cause the person who I trusted the most at that period of time talked shit about me behind my back with others. I was friends with them for over an year, but clearly it was just a waste of time.

To be honest, now that I know about this situation, I realised that this person knew alot about my life, but I barely knew anything about them.

Also I have something to share with my star fam ! So the ones who were supporting me since I had 300 - 400 subs, they might know that I left and deleted all my vids that time becuz of trauma. So on the day I uploaded my first vid after deleting all vids, I will celebrate my channel anniversary on that day becuz that was a fresh start of this journey 💗
