Would you rather watch a baking or cooking videos with only written instructions as subtitles?

Or would you prefer hearing all the steps explained and listening to the instructions?

I am thinking of switching to written instructions only instead of talking in the videos, in the hope of being able to publish more often. But first, I would love to know your favorite style, as this is what matters to me the most.
