Today's Message

The health of the inner psyche SHADOW -SELF-EGO is three parts of the conscious, unconscious mind, and the heart. This is the CROWN CHAKRA(mind connects to Divine-Father-Source-God of the most high)and HEART CHAKRA(heart connects to the soul-higherself-oversoul-higher beings of light). An imbalance within these two important organs in the body can cause serious consequences to our health and therefore changing the destiny of our lives.

The health of the chakras(mind-heart-the inner psyche) influences the health of the body and, in turn, is influenced by our diet, lifestyle, finances, and your personna-social mask. The main illnesses known today MENTAL ILLNESS(mind) and CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE(heart).

In the brain we have what is called neuroplasticity, this is where we hold old and new information affected by trauma, stroke, pain, sorrow, and disappointments. However, this is where we can reprogram the mind, and why affirmations work and healing the heart. Positive thinking changes reality. What we focus on for 17 seconds becomes reality. THE LAW OF ATTRACTION, So keep it under 10 seconds and shift your thinking. Get out in nature(Gaia-Divine Mother Earth-also known as the Aeon-Sophia a light being higher than angels), to help you focus. This is shifting ENERGY that is your power. Your EMOTIONS are ENERGY in MOTION. Use them as a TOOL, not as WEAPONS causing CHAOS in the world. Most importantly, depletion of life.

The UGLY TRUTH, an unhealed inner psyche-mind and heart are door ways for dark forces(Archons)of this world to control, manipulate, and cause chaos in the world. They possess your mind and your heart a viscous cycle to keep humans stuck in a loop of fear and chaos. Start paying attention to your mind, body, and the messages it's trying to send you.

Message for today,

If you wake up exhausted, you could be getting siphoned as you sleep. This is what you do to STOP the madness. Get some sea salt and say this "I conserate this salt as a boundary of light. Let it purify my field and create a threshold that cannot be crossed by those who feed on fear." The darkness of this world feed off us as we sleep so protect your space where you rest. You can put a pinch of that salt in a glass of water under your bed or at the corner of your room. Put a pintch of that salt corners of your bed on the floor these dark forces cannot high jack you while you sleep. I was getting drained but I started protecting my soul while I sleep and I good now. I resting good and I am not exhausted. This is what they do and if you have any mirrors in your room get rid of them these are portals they can cross. So try this SALT is an element. It works and salt dissolves all negative energy.

The devil is a joke spell him backwards it's LIVED. I don't live in the past it will keep you STUCK or the BS. I am dedicated to help others heal the inner Psyche when you heal you vibrate higher the DEVIL can not reach your frequency. The heart is the most highest freqency in the body. LOVE is the most powerful chemical in the universe it will dissolve anyhing that is not of self.

Hello to all of you beautiful souls,

In our brain we have what is called neuroplasticity this is where we store old and new information. When we use affirmations it helps the mind shift from negative thinking to more positive and this is how we can reprogram the mind. It's all energy. Our inner world reflects our outer world. Earth is not easy because its a polarity planet constant positive negative moving constantly like a seesaw. This is how we create. We all have gifts most of us are just asleep in our unconscious mind. But this is where we can create. We must understand, this concept is very hard to understand but when we understand it we can change our reality and life.

Don't put up with people who do not see your value. Intergrating your light and shadow will help you heal from pain from the past as well as make better choices in relationships. When your shadow has faced a lot of trauma, pain, and disappointments. It becomes distorted, and your discernment is working against you and not for you. You go through life meeting people who devalue you or you put up with toxic relationships, family, friends, etc. and people pleasing it is truly an unhealthy way to live, and snakes will bite you.

To all empaths and lightworkers, I AM A HEYOKA EMPATH. I get my warnings, and I'll share it with you. When my left ear rings low, it's warning me that there's negative energy around me and possible entites attached to people, beware., or negative energy sent to me so i can return it right away. My left side is in the earthly realm warning. if it's high pitch, it's usually from my spirit team letting me know it's ok they're near me.. If I get ringing on the right side, it's in the spiritual realm, someone sending me a negative energy if it's low pitch. my team usually protects me. I pay attention to the messages ,warnings, and my intuition. This is why it's important to integrate your shadow and light so your discernment works for you and not against you. Pay attention to your body. This is why it's important to know thy self because we pick up on all the energies around us. It's important to know when your energy begins and ends. I put a protection prayer around me. I will share it. I use fire and mirror because fire dissolves negative energy, and the mirror reflects back negative energy sent to me. It's important to keep your AURA safe and clean so you stay young and healthy.

IT'S IMPORTANT TO INVISION YOU IN A PROTECTIVE BUBBLE A WHITE LIGHT RAIDATING FROM YOU CROWN(HEAD) TO THE DIVINE AND ALL AROUND YOU. SAY THE PROTECTION PRAYER BELOW.
