ক্ষতিকর খাবার সম্পর্কে সতর্কবার্তা
আমরা প্রতিদিন যেসব খাবার খাই, তার অনেকগুলোই ধীরে ধীরে আমাদের শরীরের ক্ষতি করছে—আমরা বুঝতেও পারি না।
অতিরিক্ত চিনি শরীরে ডায়াবেটিস, ওজন বৃদ্ধি, হৃদরোগ এবং দাঁতের সমস্যা সৃষ্টি করে। মিষ্টি পানীয়, প্যাকেটজাত খাবার ও অতিরিক্ত মিষ্টি যতটা সম্ভব এড়িয়ে চলা উচিত।
বেশি সয়াবিন তেল বা অতিরিক্ত পরিশোধিত তেল নিয়মিত খেলে শরীরে খারাপ কোলেস্টেরল বাড়ে, লিভারের ক্ষতি হয় এবং হৃদযন্ত্রের ঝুঁকি তৈরি হয়।
অতিরিক্ত বা কাঁচা লবণ বেশি খেলে উচ্চ রক্তচাপ, কিডনির সমস্যা ও হৃদরোগের সম্ভাবনা অনেক বেড়ে যায়।
এছাড়াও ফাস্টফুড, ভাজাপোড়া, প্রক্রিয়াজাত খাবার এবং অতিরিক্ত তেল-লবণ-চিনি যুক্ত খাবার আমাদের শরীরের জন্য মারাত্মক ক্ষতিকর।
সুস্থ থাকতে হলে আজ থেকেই সচেতন হোন—
পরিমিত খাবার খান, প্রাকৃতিক খাবার বেছে নিন, আর নিজের শরীরকে ভালোবাসুন।

Example: Shirt আগে 70 cm ছিল, ধোয়ার পর 68 cm হয়ে গেছে।

Yes. After wash, cloth can shrink or sometimes elongate.
হ্যাঁ। কাপড় ধোয়ার পর সঙ্কুচিতও হতে পারে, আবার কখনো কখনো লম্বাও হতে পারে।
👉 বিশেষ করে knit fabric (জার্সি, রিব, সুইটার ইত্যাদি)-এ অনেক সময় লম্বা হয় আর চওড়া কমে যায়।
👉 কাপড় ভেজা অবস্থায় ঝুলিয়ে শুকালে ভারে টেনে নামিয়ে দেয়, তাই লম্বা হয়ে যায়।
