When I made the SUPER5 roadmap last year, I outlined a plan for a Super Switch Lite. It would have a 6β 1440p screen, 6,000 mAh battery, hall joysticks, and improved audio. All as a PCB swap.
After all the SUPER5 products are in mass production, I plan to make an SSL prototype.

PowKiddy V90S arrived. Dual hinges and the battery isnβt a heatsink. Best of all, no screen tearing like the V90. Iβll try to get a first impressions done once I get pricing info.

Mark your calendars.
It would be uncharacteristic of me to not have this in transparent blue. Should we make it?

I've been getting questions about upgrades for the V1 or V2 Switch all year. An upgrade for the V1 & V2 Switch started at the same time as the Switch Lite, but it's not enough to just upgrade the screen.
I can confirm SUPER7 exists, it improves everything in the V1/V2 Switch, and it puts the OLED Switch to shame. An IPS upgrade also exists.

The SUPER5 OLED mod for the Switch Lite is almost here, and it is a massive bump in quality (it's also much better than my taped versions). I'll have a build/overview on the channel later this week with the Zelda Switch Lite.

I've been working on an open-source gaming handheld for over two years, with the entire process filmed and documented from A-Z.
I am happy to say the project is almost at the point where I can start to share what I have, and how anyone with any skill level can get involved.
