In this episode, I'm comparing two real investment properties that were introduced to real estate investors back in 2017. One was in Oklahoma City and the other in Nashville, Tennessee, both presented by Simply Do It to our clients.

I'll be analyzing these two investment opportunities side by side, looking at their differences in 2017. Then, I'll explain why, after 10 years, we stopped investing in Oklahoma City and began advising our clients to invest in other parts of the country, with Nashville being one of them.
