As we step into 2025, I want to open up about something real and personal—my relationship with food. If you've been following me, you know I’m all about living my best, healthiest life while staying true to myself. But like many of us, my journey with food hasn’t always been the easiest.
This year, I’m making it a priority to fix that relationship, not just for the sake of looking good but for truly feeling good—inside and out. I’m all about nourishing my body with what it needs, while still honoring the foods I enjoy. No crash diets, no guilt, no shame. Just balance, intention, and self-love.
As someone who doesn't eat red or white meat (but might bring back chicken!) and avoids dairy, my journey looks a little different. I’m learning to listen to my body, explore new ways to get my nutrients, and stay consistent in building a healthier, happier lifestyle.
To my community: If you’re on a similar journey, let’s hold each other accountable. Let’s share recipes, tips, and encouragement. Remember, this isn’t about perfection—it’s about progress. We owe ourselves that.
