Real numbers, right now: 48% of patients at the Champaign clinic are Hoosiers who couldn't get care at home. Head south and the math gets uglier. Nine out of ten patients in Carbondale drove up from Tennessee or Kentucky before sunrise just to make their appointment.
Illinois runs on a governor and a legislature that show up for this. That's the whole trick.
