With the news of an updated Huron Blackheart miniature, it may be a good time learn about the Badab War! I think that this story is some of the best by Games Workshop and will be very relevant in the upcoming 11th edition of Warhammer 40K.

Towering ruins lie scattered across the horizon—remnants of a civilization long turned to dust, their meaning lost to time. The sky is vast, the silence deeper than any cathedral I have known, and in it, I feel small. Out of place. A stranger in a story not mine. I was forged for war, not wonder.
