Hello Loves. I’m Kicherra Chisolm, a visual artist and life coach. I have over 10 years of art instructional experience. It’s my mission to use my creativity to help heal, motivate and inspire others to be the best version of themselves. I used my art to help me heal after multiple traumatic experiences. I felt purposed to allow others to do the same so I became a certified therapeutic art instructor and life coach. Hey Loves, I wanted to share this with you all today as a beautiful reminder to put your mental, spiritual and emotional health first. We all have goals that we want to accomplish, however you have to remember to take breaks from time to time. It’s easy to believe that you have to constantly be creating or producing something. You won’t be able to focus on your goals if you’re exhausted and overwhelmed. Rest is an essential part of success. so often people become overwhelmed and stressed while pursuing your goals which typically causes people to give up on their dreams. Take the break and get back to work. Rest don’t give up.

What was meant for us in one season doesn’t mean we are meant to stay there. Sometimes it’s had to move away from things that you once felt so passionate about. Trust and know that you were removed from the situation for a reason. Trust that all I’m will be well and take the necessary actions through faith to create a better opportunity for yourself. I new passionate beginning is moving inside of you. nothing is taken without being replaced with better. Stay strong, focused and have faith!!!
