I do listen to requests, but if I can't play the game well enough to LP without it turning into a Let's Fail, don't have the game, or have the ability to record it, there isn't much I can do to fulfill those requests.
I kind of wish the like/dislike feature had a little space to fill out, anonymously, about what was good or bad about a video. Hard to improve to generic "I like it!" or "I dislike it!" options.
On that same note, I actually don't mind when people tell me what they think I'm doing wrong, and I do actually take it under consideration, but if you do have criticism and I respond to you asking for clarification or suggestions, I'd appreciate a response sometime in the following week. That type of thing makes it harder to improve.
Sorry, but the list of finished and upcoming LPs gets cut due to new space restraints. Yell at YouTube about it.

Due to repeated complaints about the audio quality of the reading I did of The Seer of Possibilities, I've placed the video into private status. As for any attempts to fix it, my original files are long since gone, and I won't have any chance to re-record any time in the next few months. I'm sorry if this is an inconvenience to anyone.

I think there's enough interest to warrant putting together some videos on basic computer literacy. Now, it won't be soon, because I will actually need to do a lot more work for something like this than what goes into, say, a let's play, like figure out what to actually talk about in what order, put together scripts, double check scripts for as much accuracy as I can, and then edit everything together, but this will hopefully be at least an informative series of videos for everyone. The first video will probably be on desktop computer components, and how they differ from the tablet(which, let's be honest, is basically the same as a phone these days, just with a larger screen). I haven't even started production yet, so don't expect these anytime soon, but I'll be working on them in the background of everything else I do.

I've noticed that in recent years, a frankly worrying increasing amount of people are losing basic computer literacy. For example, if I asked them what their system specs were, or to create a folder on their desktop, or to look at an ini file in a game folder, it's becoming increasingly likely they wouldn't be able to do it...because more people have only used phones and tablets and fewer have had to handle a desktop or laptop. So, should I think about maybe creating a series of videos that could serve as a guide to basic computer literacy?

Hey, everyone. If you've noticed, I started to post a few shorts to my channel, and going forward, I want to try to use that format for video highlights. However, there is 13 years of material to go through, so digging through everything is going to take a lot of time. Therefore, on the prompting of a friend, I thought I would ask the people watching this channel: what moments do you remember from my videos that should be turned into a short?

I had to do a little digging, but it turns out that YouTube uses their terrible encoder unless you upload something in 1440p, or you're a big channel. I should be able to take all my raw footage and upscale it to 1440p in my editor, so future Control videos won't get their framerate cut in half.

So, YouTube is absolutely butchering the framerate of the Control videos. On my raw videos, the framerate runs at at least 40FPS, usually close to 60. But, whatever processing YouTube does to them seems to cut that in half. Sorry about that, but this is something YouTube is doing, not on my end, so I can't control it.

Just in case people haven't read any of the video descriptions, I've put Octopath Traveler and Dragon Quest 2 on pause until October to upload a series of videos for Nintember, wherein I play and talk about the "Black Box" series of games that comprised the first couple of years of the games Nintendo published for the NES. I am far from expert, practiced, or competent at some of these, but everyone should still get a decent idea of what is going on. Also, if anyone remembers last year where I lyricized a game song every day all month, that has not gone away. I will be uploading a song every Sunday for the month alongside the black box videos.
And if you want to know what Nintember is, I put a link to a video explaining it in all my Nintember videos that you can check out.

So, just a note, due to life being the way it is, Murder by Numbers is going on a break for a little while, because I haven't had the time to record more of it. I'm looking at getting something quick and easy to upload to fill in the gaps, but don't be surprised if a few days go by with no upload over the next couple of weeks.
