Jared Leto is playing Skeletor in the upcoming adaptation and I have to say as someone who actually kinda liked the original despite the many, many flaws. Jared Leto getting cast as the villain tells me that, he has one amazing agent! Really amazing, I mean he keeps getting work and not just work but enviable roles to. Unfortunately I will watch it, but I will not buy popcorn.

The actor, James Ransone, who played Eddie Kasbrak in the IT films passed away on the 19th December 2025. RIP
He is said to have taken himself to this end. Christmas is a difficult time for many people and has an alarming upsurge in people taking this action. Please if you are feeling like no-one cares or that this is something you might do, reach out to someone, a loved one or one of the prevention groups. Talk to someone and remember that it is final and that the people left behind will only wish they had a chance to stop you.

Sad news Gil Gerard passed away age age 82 after a short battle with cancer. Best known for portraying Buck Rogers by all accounts he was a lovely man, RIP. His wife posted a message from him.

My life has been an amazing journey. The opportunities I’ve had, the people I’ve met and the love I have given and received have made my 82 years on the planet deeply satisfying.
My journey has taken me from Arkansas to New York to Los Angeles, and finally, to my home in North Georgia with my amazing wife, Janet, of 18 years. It’s been a great ride, but inevitably one that comes to a close as mine has.
Don’t waste your time on anything that doesn’t thrill you or bring you love. See you out somewhere in the cosmos.”

If you're not watching Welcone to Derry, can I recommend it. So far it is on episode 7 of 8 and the show is brutal and might be some of the best horror series I've seen since House on Haunted Hill.
