hey so ive made the decision to take a break from yt. i need time to gather my thoughts. i dont know how long, probably not that long, maybe a few days. see ya guys soon <3
please drink water. soda, coffee, bubbly water, etc is not the same. go get a glass of water right now if you don't already have one in front of you.
please get something to eat. it doesn't matter what it is, just please get something. even if you just had a snack, go get something else. it doesn't have to be big, it can be small like a granola bar or yogurt, whatever you have just please eat something.
remember to take a break from screens. being on screens for too long is not good for your health, both physically and mentally. so remember to take a break and go find some hobbies or go do something you enjoy. go for a walk, take a shower, draw, read, in my free time i like to practice math. but go do something you enjoy.
how are you? hows your day? do you need to vent? your feelings matter, don't bottle them up. you don't have to vent to me if you don't feel comfortable, but talk to somebody you do feel comfortable around. surround yourself with people who care about you.
