Don’t miss! Yoga Drills YouTube Live session with ME this Saturday 29th May @ 9:15 AM (local Thai time ). WE all know, Yoga help relieve pain, inflammation and free from injury but many yoga practitioners suffer inflammation and pain doing yoga and this is not the right method of practice. This session is to build stability, strength and to exercise muscles and bones to ease into any yoga poses without pain or discomfort. These are pre-preparatory poses and movements that build strength and flexibility that are therapeutic and reconstructive. It is done in a playful manner working on planks, elbow planks, dolphin, downward dogs, hip opening, twists, backbends, forward bends & more that will make you sweat profusely detoxing and help you destress. This session exercises every part of your body from the inside out and improves flexibility and strength.
PREPARATION: Get ready with a yoga mat, 2 blocks, 1 think blanket (or 2 towels), a bottle of water. Arrange your mat close to the wall (if you can) for some transitions.
