Hey guys, Quazi here.

Something I wanna talk about with you today is ‘burnout’.

It’s everywhere right now.

The one where you wake up tired, even after sleeping. The kind where your brain’s foggy, your ambition’s fried, and your goals feel more like burdens than dreams.

People are “quiet quitting,” pulling back, or switching careers entirely.

But here's the thing... it's not always the job or the business that's the real problem…

In fact, it could be the Identity you’ve tied yourself to.

The High Performer who never rests.
The Hustler who always figures it out.
The Savior who solves everyone’s problems.

These identities might’ve served you at one point. They probably got you success, respect, even validation…

But they’re also what’s burning you out. Because the more your actions contradict your evolution, the more friction you feel.

Burnout isn't about working too much... it's about working as someone you're not. That's the part no one talks about.

Truth is, you don’t need a vacation (although those are definitely nice). What you actually need is to retire the version of you that only knows how to push…

And step into the version of you who operates from alignment, not anxiety.

This is exactly what one of my students did in the picture below.

That's when the magic happens. Your energy comes back. Your motivation. Your clarity. Your edge.

Not from forcing more… but from finally letting go.

It's kinda wild how this works, but once you make this shift, even your business responds differently. Opportunities show up, people respond to you differently, and things just flow better.

I just paid off the mortgage on my primary home!!

It feels good to “fully own” your own house, and not have to pay exorbitant interest every single month (my interest rate was over 7%!)

I realize a lot of other social media gurus flex the shiny cars, watches, clothes etc

But to me, I think being able to pay off a house that you and your family live in, that's the real flex lol

Anyway here are a couple of things I’ve been thinking about:

1. Return to real


I feel like with all this AI, and the new Google VEO and it’s ability to generate video from a prompt…our world is going to look very different very fast.

I feel that there will be a deep desire for humans to form real connections; we are incredibly connected with social media, but still deeply disconnected from reality.

That’s why I’ve changed my content strategy. We won’t be doing flashy edits, using AI, or anything.
I’m going back to my old way of making content, and our metric for success is: the rawer the better. The more unpolished the better.

Honestly, I’ve been having so much more fun making content now, because I feel like I can truly express myself without trying to manipulate an outcome to get views or subscribers.

The kind of clients we’ve been getting recently who have been resonating with the content…that’s who I want!
The ones who aren’t just obsessed with making as much money as humanly possible, but want to grow spiritually, want more fulfillment first, then money secondary.

Typically these are ambitious entrepreneurs & professionals in their 30s-60s who are sick and tired of running on the hamster wheel of career & business; accumulating more and more while starving out their true selves.


2. Redefining success

I did this personality test called CliftonStrengths a long time ago, and discovered that my #1 drive is competition
I like to measure my progress, and keep score.

The benefit to this is, when I’m winning, I feel truly alive

The disadvantage to this is when I’m not, it’s really painful. Like what’s the point of living if you’re not winning painful.

This is something I had to come to terms with as I’ve grown in my journey. Getting comfortable with losing.
As you expand and set larger and larger goals, you will fail. If you are not failing, your goals are not large enough. You’re not challenging yourself.

So I had to redefine what “success” looks like to me, so that I can step back into the “winner effect” and feel energized.

I realized that instead of looking for “outcome” I had to shift my focus to “process”.

Eg. instead of looking at a video that didn’t perform well and beating myself up about it, tying my self worth to a youtube video or piece of content that flopped…

My metric of success had to shift from “views”

To

Did I show up as my best self and give it my all in this video? Out of 10, what would I rate myself?

Instead of looking at the scale, or if I’d gained muscle at the gym

My metric of success had to shift from “numbers on a scale or how I look in the mirror”

To

Did I execute on the workout I had planned? Did I show up? Did I follow my diet? What would I rate myself out of 10?

Change your metric of success from results and what you got, to process and what you gave.

I promise you, your quality of life will drastically change.

And soon as you keep showing up, reality will yield.

It has no choice.

You wake up to a channel with 900k subs

You wake up to a bank account full of money.

You wake up in the best shape of your life.

Truly this is possible, if you just stop peeking at the reflection and trying to see an outcome, and just focus on presenting the correct image to the mirror, by giving it your best every time.

Ever feel like you’re putting in more time… but your profits stay the same?

You’re glued to the screen from market open to close – Taking setups that “should work,” only to end the day barely break even or deep in the red.

You’re studying the right charts. You analyze the levels. But somehow, you still exit early… Still revenge trade. And you still talk yourself out of good positions and force the bad ones.

And what’s worse is you end the day feeling like maybe you’re not cut out for this.

That’s exactly where Nick was.

What you’re missing is Identity. The Identity of someone who easily wins their trades.

Because successful traders don’t chase setups or panic. They’re not trying to prove anything to the market when they already know their trade will pan out.

(And even if their trade doesn’t pan out, that won’t affect them at all)

They trade from a place of patience and expectation, not desperation and survival.

So until you become the version of yourself who becomes the ideal version of yourself…

You’ll keep chasing those green days from a place of lack, fear and doubt.
