track pants, sports shoes (no boots,formal shoes
sandals or bare feet)
Use hand towel while using machine.
L Do not lean on the mirror or equipment.
No food or drinks (except water).no smoking.
Use facilities and equipment at your own risk.
Report any damage equipment to management
immediately.. do not use.
Always be courteous and respectful
of others.
Please return all equipment to its place and wipe
down machines after use.
