Things got a little out of hand on today’s Replocked session, I ended up hitting 234 total reps on deadlift, with a mega set of 87 to finish out the night. I might regret this, check it out
I deleted all my WoW characters to spite Blizzard (lmao got em', right?) and I'm not going to restore them.
I do however need more WoW content so I'm planning on reviving my leveling/ass beating (training) challenge, but making it way more interactive.
Leveling every class to 80, and doing Level# x reps of an excerise throughout, which totals 3,240 reps total per class (except for Evoker but shhhh)
I've been primarily streaming on Twitch, but I'm thinking about moving over to YouTube. Who wants to come watch me suffer while rebuilding my roster? like/comment/call me/etc
