I just wanna thank you all so much for being part of the journey with The Lightspeed Project. It's been a lot of fun working with all of you. I really loved growing this channel- it was a great journey and taught me a lot about how to run a channel, how voice acting really works, and a lot about editing. With that being said, it’s grown clear that the Lightspeed Project, as it is, won’t be continued. The progress stalled quite a bit for a long while, and honestly, I don’t feel much interest in continuing it. I shouldn’t have taken on such a big project as my first project, especially before I knew how things worked. TLSP will be ended, yes, but it’s not the end for the YouTube channel itself. I’m giving @glazed_peanut access to the YouTube channel. She will be changing it into her independent channel, Funtime productions, to give that channel an extra boost to start.

If you’re wondering what I, the current owner, will be doing from this point on-
I will be working on a much smaller channel called @Lovebird-.-Dubs. The voice actors are just me and my partner, @ajhf20XX. Possibly with occasional guests of our friends, but it won’t be nearly as professional as TLSP. We’re currently both hyperfixated on this series called to be hero x, so we will mostly be posting comic dubs from that fandom, at least to start. I’ll be editing all the videos on that channel personally. Go check it out if you want!
Recently, it’s become quite clear to me that running this channel has been getting quite unmanageable because of the amount of fandoms that were in and all the different VA’s. It’s not fair to the VAs who are in fandoms which are less used on this channel because they don’t get nearly as much work. This is because of the relatively quite small amount of staff- we currently have around 4 video editors and most of the time I personally edit the videos as well as post every comic for the vas to find. I can’t keep up with all the fandoms and I don’t want anyone feeling left out.
Because of this, we’ve decided to advertise the discord server much more, so hopefully we can get more staff members. Specifically what we need most of all right now are comic finders and video editors. The more staff members we get, the more frequent and high-quality videos we can pump out as well!

It’s literally so cool and all the characters are just so interesting. I’d really suggest you go check it out yourself!

The reason they close on November 18th is so that we can publish our casting calls for My Hero Academia! We're also going dub MHA comics, on top of the Sonic and Undertale comics we're already doing! Hello, everyone!
