While building a chatbot for the @infranodus support portal, I realized that just scraping the articles from our ZenDesk support portal is not enough.
What you need is a knowledge graph with ontology that gives the model the general context and acts as the source of truth.
Moreover, this ontology can later be expanded to trigger the necessary events in the interface itself.
