About two months ago, I got asked to compose and play a vespers for the Saint Nicholas' Church in Ghent. I spent the first three weeks mostly thinking conceptually about the piece and developing a simple and sober harmonic system with its own rules and freedoms. After that it only took a couple days to write the actual music. It was performed on the 30th of March. I'm not yet sure if I will be able to upload it on YouTube as no recordings were made during the performance of the vespers and no others are planned, but Patreon members can get acces to a download link of the score and all of my other scores.
