Biblical Studies and Reviews, Stephen Hackett
Hello! I’m Stephen Hackett and the goal of this channel is to enrich your study of the scriptures by sharing things I’m learning as I study the scriptures and providing reviews of books and resources to help deepen your study.
The battle cry of the Reformation was “ad fontes” —to the fountains—and returning to the fountain of the scriptures is something I strive to do on this channel.

The edition that I and @Dwayne_Green have been involved with in regard to the Byzantine Greek NT has not been printed with a Smyth-sewn binding YET. But, Lord willing, after a final accuracy sweep, the PDF is going to the printer Friday.
So while I appreciate that our edition is being independently printed by others on Amazon, I want to be clear that we didn’t create those printings and I hope to have a Smyth-sewn one for sale around December.

I preordered the Jonathan Edwards Study Bible and can’t wait to review it. Most reviews so far are from people who got free copies, and I’m sure they tried to be objective. But since I paid for mine with my own hard-earned cash, there’s no question about bias. Honest review coming soon, and I’ll be giving away a copy too. @MatthewEverhard congrats on your hard work on this. Excited to see it in print!

Major video coming tomorrow, Lord willing. If the thesis is right, it is an absolute game changer. If the Lord permits, this will be the most expensive giveaway we’ve ever done too! Prayers coveted. This video may upset a lot of people.
